Chance Garcia is a web systems architect/engineer/manager who rarely refers to himself in the third person (Biographies seem more right by starting out in the third person). My portfolio,resume, and references can be found via the respective tabs. This page currently serves as repository for those materials. The design was made in a hurry (didn't spend more than 5 minutes n the design) so please forgive the color scheme. In the future, I plan on revamping it but even then, it won't be that pretty. I am more of a PHP developer than a web designer.
